Get ready to twerk to some Beyonce, strut to some Britney and turn it up with some old school JLO. We’re about to take striptease back to the 00’s with some current pop tunes thrown in for fun!
Learn burlesque with one of the most influential burlesque figure worldwide: Cleopantha!

THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR ALL LEVELS & GENDERS

Bring: A bottle of water (all pop babes needs to stay hydrated).
Comfortable colourful clothing (if desired) that are breathable and easy to move in.
Trainers for warm-up. Dance heels accepted for routine. No pole heels or high heels allowed. No socks or tights instead of shoes. This is to ensure the safety of all students in the class. Bare feet is also acceptable.

Developing Your “Stupid, Sexy, Cool” Persona: Crafting an act that feels like an authentic reflection of YOU – one that is just as fun to perform as it is to watch.

So get ready to f*ck around and find out as we explore the edges of our comfort zones around facial expression, physicality, eye contact, & audience interaction. “Stupid, Sexy, Cool” leaves participants with practical tools on how to create acts that keep audiences on their toes & wanting more.

This workshop is 50/50 theory/movement based.
